How do I place an order?
Simply select your favorite styles, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and complete payment – it's quick, secure, and easy!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment options at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@zayws.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes are not guaranteed after this window.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch, with most orders delivered within 7–14 business days total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.
Do you charge for shipping?
We do not charge for shipping, always free shipping for all orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide free return shipping on all returns.
How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we've received and inspected your return.
Are there any items I can't return?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, perishable goods, or hygiene items with broken seals, unless faulty.
