Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time is 5–9 business days.

Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zayws.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
